I was eager to test another oil cleaner because I’ve used them before. This one, which comes in a pump pack, is incredibly simple to distribute for convenience, but it is ineffective in removing non-waterproof mascara. It removes light foundation and lipstick well, but I require two or more pumps to clear my face.
